Vislink plc (“The Group”), the global technology business specialising in secure communications for the news & entertainment, law enforcement & public safety, marine & energy and the related services markets, is pleased to announce that with effect from June 23, 2010, Mr Stephen Bellamy will be joining the Board as a non-executive director, and member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
Stephen currently holds several non-executive directorships, including Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc, and AIM quoted technology supplier to the global medical industry. He is also non-executive director of BeCrypt Ltd, a data encryption technology business, and Chairman of The First Close Technology Fund, managed by Close Brothers.
Since 2007, Stephen has been CEO and a Founder Partner of Accretion Capital LLP, specialising in providing strategic investment to European emerging technology companies. Previously, Stephen has held COO and CFO roles, including at Sherwood International Plc, which was a UK listed technology provider to the global insurance industry.
