In conformity with the Transparency Directive Vislink plc (“Vislink”) is required to announce to the market the receipt of notifications of major interests in shares.
Vislink received notice on 12 March 2010 in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that Venaglass Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of 2.5pence each in Vislink plc.
