It has come to the Company's attention that unidentified individuals are contacting Vislink shareholders and purporting to have been retained by the Company and Duncan Lewis, the Chief Executive.
The individuals make false claims that they have unspecified information, that is not yet in the public domain, that may affect the Company's expected future performance.
The Board wishes to make it clear that no one has been retained to contact shareholders on behalf of the Company or Duncan Lewis.
The Company has raised this matter with the Financial Services Authority.
