Joan F. CostaGroup Human Resources Director  Joined MRC in June of 1990 as part of the M/A-Com, MAC acquisition as the Director of Human Resources. Responsible for starting up the first Human Resource function to include the development, implementation and administration of all company personnel policies and procedures, employment, compensation, training, benefits, employee services, payroll and health and safety. Prior to joining MRC, was the Manager of Human Resources for M/A-Com, Inc., and Exxon/Solar Power Corporation for a total of 32 years of experience in field of H.R. Received a BS degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College in Boston, Massachusetts.
