Vislink plc, (“the Company”), the leading supplier of microwave radio and satellite transmission products for the broadcast and security markets and CCTV systems for the marine security market, announces that the Vislink PLC UK Employee Benefit Trust has purchased 16,090 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence (“Ordinary shares”) in the Company at an average price of 26.0 pence per share on 3 September 2008.  The Trustee holds the shares as Nominee for the participants of the Vislink plc Share Investment Plan (“the Plan”).
