Support Engineer

Job Summary


We are looking for a support engineer who supports our customers if they face technical issues. Our customers depend on our services.

General Responsibilities

You have a feeling for where a mistake can be without knowing exactly all the technical ins and outs. Together with 2nd line support you solve the problem for the customer, because the customer is king.

Skills and experience we are looking for

You have a good knowledge of IP networks, you can handle Linux, you have insight into how mobile data works within 3G and 4G networks and Firewalls and NAT are familiar terms to you. You are highly communicative. In addition to the Dutch language, you master English in word and writing. We prefer someone with a technical Bachelor’s degree background in the field of ICT, but we also invite an experienced person with supplemental education and courses. It is important that you are up for the job and always look to go beyond a typical 9 to 5 mentality, since that is what our world-class support entails.
