Jim has over 20 years of manufacturing and supply chain management experience, and currently holds the title of Director of Operations for Vislink. Jim has worked for Vislink and its predecessor companies since 2001, and has held positions with responsibility for overseeing manufacturing, quality, customer technical support, planning, purchasing, inventory and logistics. In his current role, Jim liaises with the sales, engineering, purchasing and production departments, while closely managing and negotiating with suppliers to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of Vislink products. He began his Vislink career in the supply chain group, where he managed contract manufacturers, and over the years progressed to roles as Production Manager, Customer Service/Technical Support Manager, Purchasing and Planning Manager, and Project Manager, affording him a comprehensive perspective of the company and its processes.
Jim began his career by earning a degree in Visual Arts while working in the commercial printing industry. After 10 years in that field, he sought a fresh start and began working for Nucomm, Inc., one of the original companies that now make up Vislink.
