Vislink will showcase its latest advances in airborne video downlink technology at the APSCON 2023 conference being held in Orlando, FL July 19-21. APSCON is the leading networking and convention venue for public safety pilots, tactical flight officers, administrators, technicians and other aviation industry decision makers to learn about the latest advances in aviation technology.
Vislink team members will be onsite in stand #601 demonstrating how its solutions deliver high-quality, real-time video transmission from airborne units (including fixed-wing, rotary-wing and UAV/drones) to ground-based units and personnel. This technology plays an integral role in enhancing strategic decision-making, increasing situational awareness, and ensuring the efficient and safe execution of public safety and law enforcement missions.
Vislink will feature the AeroLink Transmission system at APSCON. AeroLink is the latest addition to the Vislink Airborne Video Downlink System (AVDS). AeroLink — an advanced 4K or 2 x 1080p 60 HEVC digital encoding video downlink solution — was engineered to address the unique requirements of aircraft downlink operations. This enables the capture, dissemination and management high-definition video from the air for display at command centers, mobile units and on video management systems.
