Mickey Miller

Chief Executive Officer

Carleton M. “Mickey” Miller was named CEO of Vislink Technologies in January 2020. He has over 25 years’ experience creating and building growth businesses in the technology and communications industries. He has a proven track record in delivering results, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, in both growth and turnaround situations.  Mickey brings the combination of strategic and organizational ability to lead billion-dollar organizations and the entrepreneurial drive and creativity for mid and small-cap companies.

As co-founder, CEO, and President of BLiNQ Networks, he created a new product category of wireless connectivity to address the rapid growth in mobile data traffic.  After three accretive funding rounds and success with AT&T, Vodafone, and America Movil, BLiNQ was sold to Communications Components Inc.  Before BLiNQ, Mickey was President, Wireless Network Solutions Group of Andrew Corporation. During his tenure, Andrew Corporation sales more than doubled to $2.2 billion, culminating in the sale of the company for $2.6 billion.

Prior to Andrew Corporation, Mickey was part of the team that built and sold Lucent Power Systems to Tyco for $2.5 billion.  After the sale, he led Tyco Power Systems for four years, increasing cash flow by over $100M.  Before joining Lucent, he held various sales and engineering roles at General Signal and AT&T.

Mickey holds an MBA in finance and marketing from Rockhurst College, completed the Corporate Finance Program at the London Business School, and holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri.

Mike Bond

Chief Financial Officer

Mike Bond has served as a consultant to several companies since 2016. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Pulse Electronics Corporation from 2013 until 2016. Prior to such time, Mr. Bond held the positions of Vice President and Treasurer of Pulse Electronics Corporation from 2011 to 2013. From 2008 to 2011, Mr. Bond was Senior Consultant and Principal at Clear Strategic Solutions, Inc., a financial and corporate development consulting firm. Mr. Bond is an experienced financial executive with over 30 years of experience, including as Head of Corporate Development and Mergers and Acquisitions at Lucent Technologies, and held similar roles at Avaya and AT&T. Mr. Bond has also held the positions of Senior Auditor at Deloitte, and Corporate Controller and VP of Finance at the Brookwood Companies, Inc. and at Bellwether, Inc.

Joseph Lipowski

Chief Technology Officer

Joseph Lipowski has a distinguished record of driving groundbreaking projects that have set new standards in the communications industry. Before joining Vislink, he held several key leadership positions where he played a crucial role in advancing RF system design, software development, and digital beamforming technologies. Most recently, he was Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Starry, Inc., a wireless internet service provider and technology developer. Prior to that, he was Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Aereo, Inc., a live video internet streaming service. He has also held senior engineering roles at LoJack, Lucent and Andrew Corporation. Notably, his expertise includes oversight for cost-effective supply chain selection, ensuring that innovative solutions are delivered with precision and efficiency.

Mr. Lipowski holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA.

Bill Sweeney

SVP, Sales

Bill Sweeney is an esteemed leader in the Airborne Video Downlink Systems (AVDS) industry, and he joins Vislink with over a decade of experience in roles that transformed Troll Systems Corporations and Broadcast Microwave Services. His contributions at these companies were instrumental in establishing significant domestic and international client relationships, leading to notable business successes. His expertise in building high-performance sales teams has been pivotal in driving revenue growth.

Before his tenure at Troll Systems Corporations and Broadcast Microwave Services, Sweeney held various sales positions at Tilera, Axiom Microdevices, REMEC, and Cisco Systems. He is an alumnus of San Diego State University, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Michel Bais

Chief Product Officer

Michel Bais is a highly experienced and accomplished executive in the field of video/audio transmission technology. He joined Vislink in July 2021 upon Vislink’s acquisition of Mobile Viewpoint as Managing Director of Mobile Viewpoint, a subsidiary of Vislink, and has subsequently been promoted to the position of Chief Product Officer.

Prior to his role at Vislink, Michel spent 11 years leading Mobile Viewpoint to excellence. Under his guidance, Mobile Viewpoint established itself as the leading innovator of video/audio transmission over LTE/5G. Michel’s expertise in the field of transmission technology and his ability to identify new opportunities for innovation have been instrumental in the company’s success.

Before his tenure at Mobile Viewpoint, Michel served as a Director within TANDBERG Telecom. In this role, he was responsible for the development of a 3G-H324M Internet Video gateway and interactive content services. This experience allowed Michel to gain a deep understanding of the technical aspects of video transmission technology.

Michel began his career as a business consultant within the Dutch mobile operator KPN. In this role, he focused on video conferencing and streaming services. This experience gave him an understanding of the challenges facing mobile operators and the opportunities available to provide innovative video/audio transmission solutions.

Kimberly Iadevaia

VP, Human Resources

Kimberly is a seasoned HR executive with a proven track record of transforming organizations into values-driven, high-performance cultures. Her extensive expertise encompasses workforce strategy, organizational design, talent acquisition, and leadership development.

Having started her career in Operations with Nortel Networks, Kimberly’s strength lies in her commitment to the unique needs of the business unit as a strong business partner.  She has demonstrated exceptional versatility and gained valuable HR-centric experience across a diverse range of industries including the telecommunications, transportation, and recycling sectors.

Kimberly holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, complemented by degrees in Business Administration and Economics from North Carolina State University.

Adrian Lambert

VP, Marketing

Adrian Lambert is a strategic marketing leader with over 20 years of experience successfully scaling international private and publicly listed companies in the technology and manufacturing sectors. Lambert joins Vislink from cloud video editing leader Blackbird, where he built the brand from scratch and collaboratively led rapid global growth for the business. The Marketing Leaders’ Power Book 2022 ranked him among the top media technology marketers globally. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Science graduate of the University of Newcastle in the UK.

Donnie Gilliam

VP, Operations

With a strong background in lean manufacturing, quality, and supply chain management, Donnie Gilliam has a wealth of experience leading supply chain, manufacturing and service organizations. He brings to Vislink extensive experience in operations and service within high-growth companies. His career includes leading operations at HM Electronics, where he played a pivotal role in the substantial growth the company realized during his tenure. Additionally, he held the position of Senior Director of Supply Chain & Materials at Clear-Com, an HM Electronics company, and more recently served as the Vice President of Global Operations at Spectralink Corporation. Donnie is a member of the Western Regional Board of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME), contributing to the advancement of best practices in manufacturing and operational excellence.
