March 22, 2020

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ, March 22, 2020 — Vislink Technologies, Inc. has issued the following letter from CEO Carleton Miller:

Dear Valued Customers,

Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with those who have been affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.  As many parts of the world are moving to a lockdown phase, we wanted to inform you, based on guidelines from the governments where we have manufacturing facilities located, Vislink will continue to operate as an essential business given we are currently under contract to provide and service critical infrastructure communications equipment to law enforcement, public safety, the defense industry and the broadcast/news industry.  This means our teams in manufacturing and service will continue to work diligently to meet your needs.

Please be aware, the safety of our team is our highest priority.  We will continue to be vigilant to create a safe and clean environment for our line and service operations, while we maintain a work from home policy for all non-direct manufacturing and service employees.  In addition, we are closely working with our supply chain to meet our collective essential business responsibility.

This is a fluid situation and we will keep you apprised of any changes.  In the meantime, our Sales team remains available for you to contact at all times.  We encourage you to discuss and share with us the impact this situation is having upon your business and your customers.  As a partner, we will do everything we can to help you.

Thank you for your business and we look forward to working together to get through this global challenge.

Carleton Miller

CEO, Vislink
