Ralph Faison brings to the Vislink board over 30 years of broad international leadership experience across several technology industries. He currently serves as Chairman of Arlo Technologies, Inc., a home automation company that offers a cloud-based platform with a variety of connected devices. He is also on the board of GiGA IO Networks, a privately held startup providing breakthrough interconnect performance to cluster-based computing.
Mr. Faison previously served as a Director of Wilson Electronics, a global designer and manufacturer of cellular signal boosters, antennas, and related components; Amber Road, Inc., a cloud-based global trade management software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider, Director of Netgear Corp., Executive Chairman of BLiNQ Networks, Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer of Pulse Electronics Corp., President, Chief Executive Officer and Director at Andrew Corp., President, Chief Executive Officer and Director at Celiant Corp., and Vice President—New Ventures Group at Lucent Technologies, Inc. Prior to joining Lucent, Mr. Faison held various executive positions at AT&T, including Vice President and General Manager of AT&T’s Wireless Business Unit and manufacturing Vice President for its consumer products unit in Bangkok, Thailand.
Mr. Faison received an undergraduate degree from Georgia State University and a graduate degree from Stanford University.

From September 2017 to May 2024, Lt Gen Bender was Senior Vice President with Leidos (NYSE:LDOS), a $16B American defense, aviation, information technology, and biomedical research company. From November 2017 to February 2023, Lt Gen Bender was a Board Member and Financial Committee Chair of the National Defense University Foundation. Since 2024, he has held advisory or consulting roles with various firms in the national defense and technology verticals, including ManTech Corp, Varonis, IT Cadre, Electrosoft Services, BYOS, Keeper Technology, and Smartsheet. He is a member of the board of directors of GrammaTech, a cybersecurity research services company, and a member of the board of directors of Tangram Flex, a valuation firm specializing in the software integration of mission-critical systems. Prior to his private sector career, Lt Gen Bender spent over 34 years with the United States Air Force in various roles of increasing seniority, most recently as Chief Information Officer of the USAF.

Mickey brings the combination of strategic and organizational ability to lead billion-dollar organizations and the entrepreneurial drive and creativity for mid and small-cap companies.
As co-founder, CEO, and President of BLiNQ Networks, he created a new product category of wireless connectivity to address the rapid growth in mobile data traffic. After three accretive funding rounds and success with AT&T, Vodafone, and America Movil, BLiNQ was sold to Communications Components Inc. Before BLiNQ, Mickey was President, Wireless Network Solutions Group of Andrew Corporation. During his tenure, Andrew Corporation sales more than doubled to $2.2 billion, culminating in the sale of the company for $2.6 billion.
Prior to Andrew Corporation, Mickey was part of the team that built and sold Lucent Power Systems to Tyco for $2.5 billion. After the sale, he led Tyco Power Systems for four years, increasing cash flow by over $100M. Before joining Lucent, he held various sales and engineering roles at General Signal and AT&T.
Mickey holds an MBA in finance and marketing from Rockhurst College, completed the Corporate Finance Program at the London Business School, and holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri.
